Security Policy

The Safeguarding Policy defines:

• list of Safeguarding system documents;
• general description of Safeguarding system standards in all areas, including:

• safeguarding and child protection;
  • protection from abuse and exploitation;
  • prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse;
  • prevention of harassment, discrimination, and bullying;
  • prevention of human trafficking;
  • prevention of corruption and fraud;
  • prevention of conflict of interest 

• summary of Safeguarding system procedures:

• reporting violations;
  • handling sensitive complaints;

• rules regarding responsibility for compliance and violations of the Safeguarding system;
• requirements for personnel employment and training.

The Safeguarding Policy is a generalized document, and the requirements and rules of the Safeguarding system for specific areas are detailed in separate policies and procedures.
