Conflict of Interest Prevention Policy
The Conflict of Interest Prevention Policy is a document that contains criteria and rules for identifying, disclosing, and resolving conflicts of interest within the network’s operations.
Caritas Ukraine strives to minimize any risks associated with conflicts of interest in its activities and, to this end, has implemented an effective system for preventing and resolving conflicts of interest, which includes:
- identifying and defining situations that constitute a conflict of interest, which may threaten and/or harm the interests of Caritas Ukraine;
- establishing mandatory standards and requirements regarding conflicts of interest;
- preventing conflicts of interest within Caritas Ukraine;
- implementing appropriate procedures and mechanisms for defining, preventing, identifying, and resolving conflicts of interest;
- establishing proper regulation and control over the mentioned procedures.
