Anti-corruption and Anti-fraud Policy
The Anti-corruption and Anti-fraud Policy is a document that defines Caritas Ukraine’s approaches to combating and preventing corruption and fraud in all forms.
Caritas Ukraine adheres to a zero-tolerance approach and does not permit any corrupt or fraudulent abuses in the network’s work. Caritas Ukraine is committed to treating any accusations of corruption and fraud concerning employees, volunteers, partners, contractors, and beneficiaries of the network with due care, seriousness, and responsibility.
The Anti-corruption and Anti-fraud Policy has been developed and approved with the aim of implementing a comprehensive and effective system for preventing and combating corruption and fraud within the Caritas Ukraine network. The document defines:
- general provisions, scope of application, key terms;
- commitments regarding prevention and combating corruption and fraud;
- measures applied within the Caritas Ukraine network to prevent corruption and fraud;
- the procedure for reporting potential violations;
- the principle of whistleblower protection;
- provisions on responsibility, information protection, and confidentiality;
- final provisions.
